Reclaiming your body.
Rebuilding your identity.
Reintegrating into life during and after cancer.
Â
Â
The Cancer Comeback Club is a 21-day survivorship re-entry experience designed to fill the ânow what?â gap when treatment ends.Â
Â
Through structured, form-focused progressive movement, Food for Healing education, and layered, identity-rebuilding prompts, this program supports reintegration into life during and after cancer with clarity, strength, and direction.
Â
The Three Anchors of Survivorship
When treatment ends, everything can feel untethered.
Your body feels different. Your energy is unpredictable. Your nervous system is still braced. Your identity is shifting.
Inside The Cancer Comeback Club, we donât overwhelm you with ten new habits. We focus on three steady anchors you return to every day.
Movement. Prompts. Food.
Not because you need more to do⊠but because you need structure you can rely on.
đȘ Anchor One: Movement That Rebuilds
This is progressive strength and mobility designed specifically for life during and after cancer.
Every session includes thoughtful modifications. Every movement is taught with personal trainer precision so you understand why youâre doing it. We rebuild stability, strength, and confidence safely and intentionally.
You wonât leave these sessions exhausted. Youâll leave feeling capable.
.
And yes⊠đŸErnesto is in every video supporting you along the way
đ Anchor Two: Identity-Rebuilding Prompts
Survivorship is not just physical. It' emotional, it's identity confusion and it's learning how to live in a body that has been through some sh*t.
Each day includes a short, structured prompt designed to help you process what shifted, reconnect with who you are now, and rebuild trust in yourself. They are simple, grounded, and intentionally layered so that growth happens without overwhelm.
You donât need to write a novel in some fancy leather journal, you just need a steady place to land your thoughts.
Over time, you begin to hear your own voice again and trust it.
đœ Anchor Three: Food for Healing and Real-Life Energy
Food becomes confusing after cancer. Youâre told to cut everything out, add everything in, follow a protocol, avoid a laundry list of foods...it can feel overwhelming fast.
Inside this program, we simplify it in a way that actually makes sense.
I donât just tell you what to eat, I teach you why certain ingredients support inflammation balance, gut repair, hormone regulation, energy production, and long-term survivorship.Â
When you understand the why, you donât need rigid rules. You naturally make aligned choices that support real-life energy and reintegration
And yes⊠we do this with my famous hilarious but genuinely educational Fun Facts. You will learn things you didnât know you wanted to know. Youâll never look at blueberries the same way again.
There are always đŸ Ernesto-approved snacks⊠and occasionally some that he strongly does not approve of, but you absolutely should.
How the 21-Day Survivorship Re-Entry Unfolds
Healing after cancer is not linear...some days feel strong...some feel fragile.Â
The Cancer Comeback Club unfolds in three intentional phases designed to help you rebuild safely, steadily, and in a way that actually honors life after cancer.

Â
đ Week One
Awaken the Human
This week is about gently waking your body back up.
After treatment, many survivors feel disconnected, fatigued, or unsure what their body can handle. In this phase, we focus on foundational movement that restores mobility, stability, and nervous system safety.
The workouts are fully modifiable. The prompts help you acknowledge what youâve been through without getting stuck there. The food education centers around energy, digestion, and reducing inflammation so your body has what it needs to begin rebuilding.
You are not trying to perform this week. You are reintroducing yourself to your body.
You are awakening.

đ Week Two
Reclaim the Human
This is where confidence begins to return.
Here we progressively build strength and coordination, your balance improves, and you begin to feel capable again...not because you forced it, but because you built it steadily.
The prompts go deeper into identity. Who are you now? What matters in this season of life after cancer?
The food education becomes more strategic, supporting muscle rebuilding, blood sugar stability, and sustained energy so fatigue doesnât dictate your entire day.
You're not chasing your old self, you're reclaiming your present one.

đ©· Week Three
Elevate the Human
Â
This week is about integration.
You move with more awareness. You trust your limits. You understand your patterns instead of fearing them.
We continue progressive strength work, but now it feels steadier. Youâre not guessing what your body can handle anymore. Youâre listening and adjusting with confidence.
The prompts shift toward clarity and direction. Who are you becoming in this season of life after cancer? What rhythms support you long term? What actually feels sustainable?
The food education reinforces survivorship habits you can continue beyond these 21 days. Not rules. Not restriction. A realistic way of eating that supports your energy, healing, and everyday life.
You are not finishing a challenge.
You are elevating your understanding of your body, your needs, and your strength.
Â
You are elevating.

Imagine becoming YOUR version of a healthy human again.
With movement for all abilities, food based on facts (not stupid diet fads), and a very cute dog named đŸÂ Ernesto cheering you on...Â
The Comeback Club is your no-nonsense roadmap to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with your body after illness, injury, or whatever life threw your way.
Yes! I want to be a Healthy Human!
About Me & Ernesto
Hey, Iâm Sara...your coach, guide, and fellow comeback human.
After surviving colon cancer, multiple surgeries, and the long, messy process of piecing myself back together, I know what itâs like to feel completely disconnected from your body⊠and your old identity.
The Comeback Club was born from that space...the space no one really prepares you for...when the doctors are done, but youâre still figuring out how to live again. I created what I needed most: a safe, judgment-free space to rebuild strength, energy, and confidence without the perfection pressure or the wellness-culture nonsense.
And đŸÂ Ernesto?
Heâs not just the cutest dog ever (though youâll see him in every video and probably keep showing up just to watch him), đŸÂ Ernesto is the soul of this whole thing.
After adopting him, my whole life shifted. I finally felt purpose again. His sweet eyes, calm energy, and deep understanding seemed to say, âItâs okay⊠weâll try again later" on the days I couldnât make it through a walk. He waited patiently, never judging, just being there with ease and grace, proof that heâs definitely a dog angel.
Heâs carried me through the painfully long nights, the exhausted and heavy days, and sat beside me through hundreds of doctor appointments. More than anything, he helped me start healing emotionally and mentally⊠so I could finally begin rebuilding physically.
đŸErnesto is my reminder that healing isnât something you do alone and that love, humor, and sweet dog kisses can carry you through the hardest chapters.
Heâs my heart, my co-coach, and the reason I had the courage to share all of this with you.
Our bond is one of a kind...built on humor, loyalty, and unconditional love...and youâll get to witness it every day inside The Comeback Club.
Together, weâre here to remind you:
âš Youâre never too far gone for a comeback.
This is your comeback story.
And weâll be right here, walking it with you. (Probably with snacksđŸ)
